Application case of XB6S temperature acquisition module of SOLIDOT Technology

XB6S-A80TM is an 8-channel temperature acquisition module of the XB6S series, which supports thermal resistors, thermocouples and other types of sensors, and is compatible with the XB6S series couplers. The module occupies a small space and is highly practical, providing users with high-speed data acquisition, optimized system configuration, simplified on-site wiring, and improved system reliability.

1. Application Case

In the industrial production process, temperature is a key parameter. By real-time monitoring of temperature changes on the production line, product quality and production safety can be ensured. Therefore, the XB6S-A80TM temperature acquisition module has been widely used in industrial sites.

Taking the sintering furnace as an example, this type of equipment is mostly used in ceramics, metallurgy, electronics, glass, chemicals, machinery, refractory materials, new material development and other fields. It sinters powder materials into blocks at high temperatures, and has high requirements for temperature accuracy. The XB6S-A80TM can accurately collect temperature sensor data to ensure that the temperature in the furnace is constant and meets the requirements of the sintering process.

3. Parameters

In addition to XB6S-A80TM , SOLIDOT Technology also offers the XB6S series 4-channel temperature acquisition module XB6S-A40TM for selection. The parameters of the relevant products are as follows:

Note [1]: Sensor codes C, L, N, R, T, U, Ni120, Ni200, Ni500, 15Ω~150Ω, 15Ω~300Ω, 15Ω~600Ω are not currently supported. If necessary, please contact us to add them.

Note [2]: Fahrenheit (℉) = 32 + T (℃) × 1.8; Thermodynamic temperature scale (K) = T (℃) + 273.15

Note [3]: 4-wire sensors need to be changed to 2-wire or 3-wire connections.
