Application example of XB6S pulse counting module of Solidot Technology

XB6S-PC80 It is an XB6S series 8-channel pulse counting module that supports 0~15 levels of input filtering. It is compatible with the XB6S series coupler, and can sample and analyze pulse signals with a frequency below 100KHz to obtain the frequency and pulse count value of each channel, and supports single-channel count reset.

1. Application Examples

The XB6S-PC80 module supports 8-channel 100KHz pulse counting and can be used in most counting scenarios, such as material counting of double-speed chain conveyor lines. Double-speed chain conveyor lines are often used for large-scale continuous production in the electronics, electrical and mechanical industries. By connecting the XB6S-PC80 module to the corresponding sensor, the conveyed materials can be counted at high speed. At the same time, the module has an adjustable filtering function to ensure the accuracy of the counting.

In addition to counting, the XB6S-PC80 module can also be used for frequency measurement of high-speed pulse sensors such as flow sensors, speed and torque sensors, etc.
