The XB6S-A40TM/XB6S-A80TM are Solidot's XB6S series 4/8-channel temperature acquisition modules, supporting sensors such as thermistors and thermocouples. Compatible with the XB6S series coupler, these modules occupy minimal space and offer high practicality, providing assurance for users in high-speed data acquisition, system configuration optimization, simplified field wiring, and improved system reliability.

Measurement Types: Supports thermocouples, thermistors, and resistors.
Sensitivity: 0.1℃, supports single-channel filtering settings.
Temperature Sensor: Supports disconnection detection.
Configurations: Supports 50Hz, 60Hz, 10Hz, and noise suppression configurations.

I. Application Example

In the steel template forming equipment for bridges and roads, temperature is a key parameter that determines the quality of steel templates. Taking the heating and cooling process of the steel template as an example, temperature sensor data is collected in real-time through the XB6S-A40TM/XB6S-A80TM, allowing the control system to precisely manage the temperature.
