At the 2024 ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition held at the end of March, Solidot was invited to showcase at the CC-Link Association joint exhibit, where it presented classic CC-Link compatible products, including the new generation of Slice I/O - XB6S, receiving wide attention. The official WeChat account of the association, "C Little C Club," also captured exciting videos and featured key coverage. Here is the original article excerpt:
"Leading Industrial Connectivity, Making Intelligent Manufacturing Easier" is the vision that Solidot constantly pursues. Solidot remains committed to a customer-centric approach, diligently focusing on product quality and providing services that deliver long-term value to customers. At the ITES Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition, Solidot's meticulously developed products received active recognition from attendees.
Hu Junwen from Solidot shared that since 2012, the company has been developing domestic Slice I/O module products, which now broadly cover the important industrial buses in China, including CC-Link. Currently, Solidot's product line mainly includes integrated I/O, Slice I/O, IP67 I/O, and bus valve islands. The conventional Slice I/O can be expanded through couplers, integrating digital, analog, functional modules, and pulse input/output capabilities.
Notably, Solidot's integrated I/O modules combine communication and I/O functions, significantly reducing wiring costs and improving efficiency in distributed scenarios or large production lines. As for Solidot's bus valve island, it integrates I/O and terminal blocks, allowing direct wiring from solenoid valves to the terminal block base and connecting back to the PLC via a single network cable, which enables customers to quickly complete wiring and targeting during overall line structure design.
Moreover, Solidot has specially customized IP67-rated bus I/O for the automotive industry, which is compatible with the CC-Link network.
