↑ Solidot Technology 4 channel high speed PWM output module XB6-PWM4
XB6-PWM4 is a chip PWM (pulse width modulation) output module, which has a wide range of application scenarios, covering many industrial intelligent manufacturing fields: such as laser control in the laser industry, LED fill light system in machine vision, solenoid valve opening control in hydraulic system, temperature control in heating system, simple speed control of DC motor.
XB6-PWM4 adopts X-bus and ADAPTS our XB6 series coupler module. The module has a total of 4 PWM output channels, 14 digital input channels and 8 digital output channels, each PWM channel can completely adjust the frequency and duty cycle independently, without affecting each other, and the input and output combination can meet most industrial needs.
1. Configuration communication
After the xml file is imported, restart the software as instructed to obtain Nanjing Solidot in EtherCAT Devices on the right, and select XB6-EC0002 to add the coupler. After the coupler is added, double-click the coupler configuration page, and add the XB6-PWM4 model in the Slot Configuration column. As is shown in the picture below --
2. Instructions for use
1. Pulse output
[Example] PWM channel 1 output, frequency 100Hz, duty cycle 50%
[Operation] Assign 100 to PWM_CH1_Frequency and 500 to PWM_CH1_Duty for downlink data of the module I/O mapping address. After the assignment is complete, enable bit "PWM1_CH1_Output_Enable" to be set to 1 and start output. The output frequency and duty cycle can be dynamically adjusted during pulse output. As is shown in the picture below --
2, PWM output channel synchronization
[Example] The output of PWM channel 1 is synchronized with the output of PWM channel 2. PWM channel 1 output, frequency 100Hz, duty cycle 50%; PWM channel 2 output, frequency 500Hz, duty cycle 60%.
[Specific operation] PWM channel 1 and channel 2 are configured and output normally after the following figure. As is shown in the picture below --
"PWM_Synchronization_Source_Channel" is set to 2 (the synchronization source is channel 2). PWM_CH1_Synchronization_Enable After synchronization is enabled for PWM output channel 1, the output pulse frequency and duty cycle of channel 1 become the same as that of output channel 2 (frequency 500Hz, duty cycle 60%). When PWM_CH1_Synchronization_Enable is enabled for the synchronization of PWM output channel 1, the output pulse in channel 0 is changed to (frequency 100Hz, duty cycle 50%). As is shown in the picture below --
The final result indicates --
