↑ Solidot CC-Link IE Field Basic slice I/O Coupler Kit XB6-CB2002ST
When the XB6 series I/O modules of Solidot Technology are adapted to the CC-Link IE Field Basic master station, one channel of the digital I/O module occupies 1 bit, and the fixed data length is 4 bytes (= 32 bits), which is the data length of an XB6-3200A, so the digital modules use the same "32 bits mold".
1. According to this rule, it can be divided into the following two situations. Let's first look at the digital I/O module
1. Point allocation of input digital I/O modules
XB6-1600A occupies 32 points, but the first 16 points are actually used, and the last 16 points are not used (empty); XB6-0800A actually uses the first 8 points, and the last 24 points are not used (empty), and the output module is similar.
2. Point allocation of mixed input and output digital I/O modules
XB6-1616A occupies 32 points for uplink RX, the first 16 points are actually used, and the last 16 points are not used (empty), and the downlink RY occupies 32 points, the first 16 points are actually used, and the last 16 points are not used (empty). So when two XB6-1616As are connected together, the uplink RX of the second I/O module needs to be offset from the unused (empty) points of the previous I/O module, as shown in the following figure:
2. Let’s look at the analog I/O module
The analog I/O modules of the XB6 series of Solidot Technology include XB6-A80V, XB6-A40V, XB6-A08V, XB6-A04V, XB6-A80I, XB6-A40I, XB6-A08I, and XB6-A04I. In actual use, one channel occupies 1 word, so the 8-channel analog I/O module occupies 8 words, and the 4-channel analog I/O module is the same as the 8-channel analog I/O module, which also occupies 8 words. Therefore, XB6-A40V occupies 8 words, and the first 4 channels are actually used, and the last 4 channels are not used (empty). When the coupler XB6-CB2002ST is connected to an XB6-A04V and an XB6-A08V, the mapping address arrangement is shown in the following figure:
